Take the Father365 Pledge is a movement that calls men to embrace the power of consistent fatherhood and mentorship. Inspired by the mission of the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families and Father365, this campaign challenges men to make a one-year commitment to intentionally engage, encourage, and positively influence the life of a child.
Whether a man is a father, grandfather, stepfather, uncle, coach, mentor, teacher, pastor, or community leader, every child benefits from the presence of a caring, committed male role model. Father365 represents the belief that fatherhood is not a once-a-year responsibility or an occasional act of service — it is a daily commitment.
WHAT THE PLEDGE DOES
By taking the Father365 Pledge, men commit to investing their time, wisdom, encouragement, and resources into helping a child grow, succeed, and thrive. The campaign seeks to create a network of fathers and father-figures who are intentionally showing up 365 days a year to strengthen families, build stronger communities, and change lives for generations to come.

I pledge that for the next 12 months I will intentionally invest my time, attention, encouragement, wisdom, and resources into the life of a child or children.
I will be present.
I will be dependable.
I will be engaged.
I will listen, teach, mentor, encourage, protect, and lead by example.
I will model character, responsibility, respect, compassion, perseverance, and integrity.
I will create meaningful experiences, celebrate successes, support growth through challenges, and help a child recognize their value, purpose, and potential.
I understand that fatherhood is more than a title — it is a commitment.
